Hello, my name is
I am a Psychologist and a Transformative Coach for Leaders, Teams and Organisations
With over two decades of experience working with medium and large companies, I have helped thousands of people worldwide, individually and collectively
I started studying the human mind 36 years ago when I was 18. That indeed says something about my age but also my passion for psychology. I have always been fascinated by the human experience: our humanity, potential, resourcefulness, and ability to change.
I have witnessed unbelievable personal and collective transformations with my clients. This touches me deeply and gives meaning and a purpose to what I do.
I work with intelligence, my heart and a lovingly disruptive intuition. I bring a profound psychological and a wisdom-based understanding to my work that makes all the difference.
A little bit of my personal background

1969
I was born in Paris in 1969 to Morrocan parents who came to France to get a chance to live a better life. I was the oldest of five children and the first in my family to study. There was love but also lots of suffering. That intrigued me. This is how I decided to study psychology. I wanted to understand. It saved me.
1994
At 25, following my heart, I moved to Germany. I started to learn German almost from scratch, and a few years later, I got the opportunity to start my career in HR at one of the world’s most renowned automotive companies. I didn´t know before that my destiny would be to work and live at this level. My reality became bigger than the dreams I had at that time.
2005
At the age of 35, I had a stroke. It changed the trajectory of my life. Not only because I was very lucky and thankful to get a second chance but also because it forced me to reconsider what was important and what I really wanted to do with my life. So, I started everything all over again.

2006
I remembered my passion for understanding our humanity, being there for others, and the strong need for freedom of thinking and doing. I left my job and started a business (DSH International HR) as an international coach and systemic consultant. I was finally back to the human side of everything.
2007-2024
Over the seventeen years, I have worked with thousands of people on all continents and became more interested in the humanity we share than our differences. Psychology has started to play a more crucial role in how I work with clients, and the exploration of ancient wisdom has brought even more depth to my work. A natural evolution to where I am today.
Psychology and Spirituality
I was always a psychologist in my heart. I am fascinated by our humanity and love to work in service of people. That´s what I do and have always done. That´s why I studied and what guides me through life until today.
The stroke I experienced at the age of 35 years old stopped me in my life and my corporate career, but it also helped me connect with a deeper part of myself and reset my life. I am very thankful that I had the chance to do that.
It also left me with many questions: Why did I survive? What am I here for? Why do I feel much better now than I had over so many years? What was at play that helped me go through this life crisis in such a peaceful and serene state? How was that possible? Who are we, really?
About twelve years ago, I came across an understanding of the mind and the human experience that helped me answer all these questions and completely changed my relation to life and how I work with my clients.
The teachings of Byron Katie, Eckhart Tolle, Deepack Chopra, and finally, Sydney Banks opened my eyes to another dimension of life. They connected to an ancient wisdom that showed me something deep about life and the human experience. That explained not only psychologically but also spiritually what happened to me after the stroke. Suddenly, it all made sense.
My work has evolved in a quantum leap from that moment. It has become even more impactful and meaningful. This understanding of ancient wisdom is there when we work together. We don´t have to talk about it, but we can if you want. It guides my work with you.
I see the depth and beauty of who you truly are and would love for you to see it, too. I know you can do anything when you see that for yourself and your people. It is magical.

Frequently asked questions
Where did I learn to coach? I have a background as a clinical psychologist (Master’s degree from a Paris University). That´s my baseline. I then worked for about ten years in HR, where I had many career development conversations. Then, I completed my first qualification as a coach in 2006 at ISBW in Germany and followed this path with a year of Curriculum at Neuwaldegg in Vienna (Systemic Organisational Consulting) and Alain Cardon in Paris (Systemic Coaching). For the last ten years, I learned in the US with Byron Katie (The Work), Michael Neill, Dicken Bettinger, Linda and George Pransky, and Linda and Bill Pettit (the 3 Principles of Sydney Banks). Learning is a lifelong journey.
What about my corporate experience? Before launching my Company in 2007, I worked for about a decade in international and strategic HR Development roles, first for Daimler in Stuttgart and then for EADS/Airbus in Munich. Since then, I have worked with many other companies as a coach and consultant.
Where do I come from? My life is international and colourful. I grew up in Paris and now live in Germany and France. I am French with Moroccan roots and have lived and worked in South Africa for a few months and in London for almost six years. I have worked with so many cultures and countries on all continents that I feel I am more of a citizen of the world than anything else. I work with the same comfort in English, French, and German.
My Philosophy of Life? I have gone through great personal transformations in different stages of my life. I know how it feels and that it's possible. I have seen miracles in myself and others. Like everybody else, I had my share of life challenges. I learned a lot from them and made peace with my humanity. I am not afraid of emotions and integrate everything life offers on my journey. I go through life with an open mind and heart. Some life lessons I am the most grateful for are the ability to forgive and recover. I consider the possibility of expanding my consciousness and wisdom more and more an immense privilege.
I hope you enjoyed getting to know me better, and I look forward to knowing more about you!
With Love,
Drissia
