We talked about passion, curiosity and diversity as drivers and innovation boosters. But also about how to keep the eyes open on what´s going on out there, and to stay up to date even after so many years in the same company.

He shares generously insights into how the company managed to navigate the business through the pandemic with even one of the best results of the last years. And how the home office situation brought him and his team even closer together, very human and touching.
